She was an LA Lakers cheerleader by the time she was 17, hit number 20 on Maxim's 2009 Hot 100 list, now Moon Bloodgood stars as a ballsy, gun-toting pilot in Terminator Salvation.
Tell us about your character,
Blair Williams. She's an A-10 pilot under John Connor's command in the resistance. She is one of the survivors. My character is the one who comes across Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington). We stumble upon each other, I have no idea who he is, but I have an instinct that he is a good man. He doesn't know who he is, but he has flashbacks... I bring him to the resistance. I am tough, but I am also fragile, a girl who struggles with her own demons.
What was it like working with Sam Worthington?
He is extraordinary, what an amazing actor, so committed. He is so charming and masculine; he is believable as a man who can save the world, but he is quite vulnerable and truthful at the same time. I don't feel as if he's acting, I feel as if he's living the role. And then of course he is so handsome and easy on the eyes, he's very sexy.

What was it like being one of only two main women in a high testosterone film?
It was great, but most of my jobs are with men. I am a tomboy, I wear boy jeans, I have a deep voice, I am one of the boys, I am not a 'shrinking violet'. I have never done a 'girl' movie so I'm used to it and I'm very masculine, very 'Alpha' too in a lot of ways, so that's all I know. I have always spent a lot of time around guys. The whole crew was mostly male and I had a great time, we supported each other and we would hang out off screen. We would go and have tea together. But all the films I've done have been with guys, so I feel very comfortable.
Obviously, you don't do any real flying, but did you have to do any research?
I did, they sent me to an Air Force Base in Arizona where I met with a group of A-10 pilots. I met one of only two female pilots who actually took me into the simulator and we worked on that and then I met all the pilots on the base. I got to sit in an actual plane.
Your character is a strong powerful woman. What experiences in your own life did you draw on to play such strength?
