Tucked away in Marrickville is a hidden treasure called Bay Tinh. Popular with a diverse range of clientele, it has something to offer even the most fussiest of palates. The restaurant's new owner Harry was very hospitable and eager to assist in our selection. Harry has carefully selected and finetuned every scrumptious dish to perfection. First up was the king prawn rolls followed by tender beef cubes sautéed
to perfection in a tasty sauce. After that came a Vietnamese favourite: crispy pancake. The Bonfire beef was a tremendous standout and will have us coming back for more. The duck salad was also worth a mention. The service was notably excellent and prices were very reasonable for the high quality food served. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to diners searching for a refreshing and delicious meal which doesn't break the budget. Georgina Whelan
