One dinner, you'll be singing its praises
This restaurant is a bit special. I have to admit I love those small restaurants where the owners treat you as part of the family and the food is so authentic that you are immediately whisked away to the country of origin. With a name that makes you want to sing and a location that is simply stunning day or night, it was little surprise the venue was buzzing with diners the evening we stopped in for a meal.
Owned by husband and wife team Michael and Emma Rossetti, the waterfront location is an idyllic spot for dinner. I'm not sure what makes it more welcoming: the atmosphere, the friendly staff or the delectable aromas of rustic Italian food - but we promise, once inside, you'll never want to leave.

inspiration from regions all around Italy, including Rome, Piemonte and his father's home town, Arola. Each dish - slow-roasted wild boar, calamaretti, suckling pig - rivals the next in flavour and taste.
This is a couple that understands good food and the superbly tasty mains are followed with desserts to die for. The signature dish - white chocolate semi -freddo with truffle honey - also reinforces the family element as the honey is provided by Emma's father and sourced from hives across NSW.
Of course, you can't limit yourself to one dessert when there's so much on offer. Just one of the reasons I'm coming back with friends and family. Just think, the more people you bring, the more you'll get to try.
