cubes simply melted in the mouth. My husband preferred the rich, flavoursome venison carpaccio with blackened asparagus, fresh blueberry and raspberry vinaigrette. For the main course, my choice of crispy-skinned salmon with spicy coconut sauce and a green pawpaw salad tantalised the tastebuds, while his braised beef cheeks in a rich, red Thai curry with rice timbale and sugar snaps were hungrily devoured. During September, the special offer also extends to the cocktail bar with classic cocktails for $10. It was the prefect way to end a night. No matter what happens next week, this chapter ends happily ever after.
