inaugural Bavarian Bier Cafe is sleek and stylish and dedicated to bringing patrons some of the finest beers (and schnapps) on the planet. Bavarians use only four ingredients in the brewing process - hops, malt, yeast and water - and the result is pure, flavoursome beer. If, like us, your mind is firmly on your stomach and you are in the habit of eyeing everyone else's lunch with envy, the Bavarian Tasting Plate offers a bite-sized selection of everything from pork to schnitzel.
