3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 8am AEST Monday, June 30, 2008, and closes at 10am last email received on Wednesday, July 2, 2008.
4. To enter, readers must email their name, residential address and daytime phone number to 9TO5 at edsinbox@ninetofive.com.au and their answer to this week's editor's letter question.
5. This is a competition based on skill, with the best entrant deemed the winner, as judged by 9TO5's editorial team. The winner will be contacted about their prize by phone the next week and it will be posted to the winner within the week.
6. The winner will receive a BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone, valued at $749. The winner will not be locked into a contract with any mobile phone carrier. There will be no credit on the phone. The total prize pool is $749.
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
8. The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during prize winnings. The winner, and his or her guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a prize being awarded.
